DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 1: PICKUP AND TRANSFER TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
On day 1 of your 9 days Uganda Safari, depending on your location in Kampala, at exactly 7 am our driver/guide will pick you up and take you through your trip to Murchison falls and then the journey to the beautiful Murchison falls starts. You will pass through different towns that is Luwero a historic district that has a lot of significance in Uganda today and our guide will give you full details on its implications to the country, through Masindi, the fruit growing sector where you will have a stopover enjoy the organic fruits that are grown by the fruit farmers in the district. You will then proceed to the Ziwa rhino sanctuary where a ranger will brief you about rhino tracking and the activity will take close to 2 hours and from there you will enjoy lunch still in Masindi town at Masindi hotel. After lunch you will proceed to the park where a great adventure awaits you. On reaching the park you will check in your hotel where you will relax as you wait for dinner and then an overnight stay.

DAY2: GAME DRIVE AND LAUNCH CRUISE IN THE PARK
On day 2 of your 9 days Uganda safari, after an early morning breakfast at the hotel, our driver/ guide will pick you up at exactly 7 am in order to participate in the morning game drives where a number of early risers like the antelopes, duikers, Jackson’s, hartebeest, zebras among others other animals that can be seen include prey hunters like the lions, leopards before they go into hiding because it is difficult to see them during the afternoon which can be seen in the northern side of the park this will enable tourists to a number of numbers grazing in the plains lie the elephants, buffalos and so on. After close to 4 hours of experiencing the beautiful adventure of seeing animals in the plains you will return to your hotel to relax and enjoy lunch as you get ready for the afternoon launch cruise at 2pm where a number of animals like hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos are seen, water birds can also be seen, the sound of the falls as they pass through the narrow gorge is appealing to one’s ears and scenery also which is breathtaking. The launch cruise will offer relaxing and thrilling adventures which after consuming all what nature offers, you will head to you hotel in order to re fresh yourself and relax as you wait for dinner at your hotel.

DAY 3: TOP OF THE FALLS AND ALBERT DELTA LAUNCH TRIP
On day 3 of your 9 days Uganda safari, you will have an early morning breakfast at your hotel as you wait to be picked up by our tour guide who will transfer you will be driven to the top of Murchison falls, the adventure is quite interesting because of the different features that will be seen as you will be driven up to the falls, including the different bird species that can be seen and so on. On reaching the top of the falls, you will have the best lifetime adventure with the beauty that the falls offer the noise they produce as they go through the narrow gorge which is very rewarding and relaxing. After spending time at the top of the falls you will then transfer to your hotel for lunch and relaxation before participating in the Victoria Nile delta launch trip. On the launch trip, a number of features will be seen including the shoe bill and a number of water bird species. The launch trip sails downstream where you will see floating islands of papyrus zones. A number of animal species can also be seen at the river banks including the hippos, elephants as they quench their thirst from the waters of the rivers. The delta launch trip is a thrilling adventure which is also referred to as the “sun downers” trip down stream. Head back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 4: TRANSFER TO KIBALE NATIONAL PARK
On day four of your 9 days Uganda Safari after an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to Kibale national park. Along the way you will have the chance to see a number of rewarding sceneries, the way how the locals conduct their business, how they interact with one another. After the rewarding experiences, you will make your way to Kibale national park having another stopover in fort portal for lunch and after you will make your way to Kibale national park, on reaching, you will transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay as you get ready to take part in the next day’s activities.

DAY 5: CHIMPANZEE HABITUATION
On day 5 of your 9 days Uganda Safari after an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked by your guide for the hotel who will transfer you to the park headquarters, you will participate in a briefing session of chimpanzee habituation in the park, the rules and regulations to follow during the memorable activity. After the briefing session, you will transfer to the park with a team of researchers who will lead you to the different chimpanzee troops that are under the process of habituation in the park. During the activity you will get the opportunity to train the chimpanzees to get used to human presence during chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzee habituation will not only give you the chance to observe the primates trained to get used to human presence but also you will take part in the training session of getting the primates to get used to human presence. Interesting about the activity, you will also get to see a number of rewarding attractions like the different bird species like the African pitta, Abyssinian ground thrush, Crowned eagle, Dusky crimson wing, Black-capped Apalis, Collared Apalis, Purple-breasted sunbird among other attractions. After the rewarding experience in the park, you will transfer back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 6: CULTURAL TOUR AND DEPARTURE
On day 6 of your 9 days Uganda safari after an early morning breakfast at your hotel you will be picked by your guide who will transfer you to the local community where you will visit the locals in Bigodi where you will see how the locals co-exist with the Bigodi wetland where they get a number of products and raw materials. You can also buy a number of crafts like baskets pen holders as souvenirs at the end of your trip After the trip to the local community, you will head back to your hotel for lunch, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
On day 7 of your 9 days Uganda safari, after an early morning breakfast at your hotel, you be picked by your guide who will transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park making our way through Fort Portal town where you will a tour around the town. On reaching the park, you will go on an evening game drive where you will have a chance to see a number of animals catching their last bites for the day in the plains as they get ready to go to their resting place animals like zebras, elephants, elands, antelopes, crocodiles can be seen sun basking, leopards, lions, hyenas are easily seen during the evening games drives because they come out of hiding in order to hunt for their prey which is a thrilling adventure to see. After the game drive, you will head back to your hotel for dinner and over night.

DAY 8: MORNING GAME DRIVE AND EVENING BOAT CRUISE
On day 8 of your 9 days Uganda safari, after an early morning breakfast, you will go a morning game drive where you will have the opportunity to see a number of early risers grazing in the plains for instance the antelopes, buffaloes, elands, impalas among other animal species. You will then transfer to the Ishasha sector for the ultimate lion tracking experience where the tree climbing lions will be seen which is quite a mesmerising trait that the lions in the park posses which is quite unique from the lions around the world. The activity will enable you see the lions up close which might be hard to see during the game drives. With the help of a radio collar that fitted in a head lioness, researcher/ guide/ ranger is able to head back to your hotel for lunch and relax as you await the evening boat cruise. After your lunch, you will then head to the boat cruise along the Kazinga channel which will offer a vast look at the landscape including a number of water birds like shoe bill stork, flamingos, king fishers great cormorant, little grebe, northern lapwing, red necked grebe, wandering albatross pied. After the beautiful adventure, you will head back to your hotel for dinner, relaxation and get ready for the next day.

Day 9: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING AND DEPARTURE
On day 9 of your 9 days best of Uganda Safari, after an early morning breakfast at your hotel, with your packed lunch, you will be transferred to the kyambura gorge also known as the valley of apes in the eastern part of the park. The forest has a number of primate species including the red tailed monkeys, olive baboons, white colobus monkeys, red Columbus monkeys At the steep slopes of the valley, a number of bird species can be seen like the greater and lesser flamingos, African skimmer, papyrus canary white tailed lark papyrus eagle owl lesser, shoebill.
On reaching the forest loud hoots of the chimpanzees will be heard from a distance, the guide will brief you on the activity and after wards you will continue deep in the forest where you will meet a number of chimpanzees and you will be able to observe them for a period of time. You will be able to see them swing from one tree branch to another, how they groom, eat and so many more. After the primate encounter, you will transfer back to Kampala City for departure. Along the journey you will have a stopover for lunch in Mbarara city, proceed with your journey and be dropped at a location of your choice in Kampala city and the end of your 9 days Uganda Safari.
