For the chimpanzee habituation permits in Kibale forest national park, foreign nonresidents are charged a fee of 300 USD, 250 USD for foreign residents and 250,000 Uganda shillings for East African citizens visiting the destination.
When visiting Kibale forest national park, many other activities can be done during the primate tours and they include guided nature walks, bird watching tours, and community tours. There are also different butterfly species which can be seen around the forest.

Chimpanzee permits in the Kyambura gorge cost 100 USD for foreign nonresidents, 80 USD for foreign residents and 50,000 Uganda shillings for East African citizens. The permits are also issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority.
The Kyambura gorge consists of tropical rainforests where the chimpanzees can be seen during tours in Uganda. Many other primates and different bird species are also found at the destination and they include black and white colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, red tailed monkeys among others.
