Detailed Itinerary for 15 Days Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Transfer to Kibale National Park and Visit a Tea Plantation
Your Uganda safari guide will pick you up from the airport or your accommodation in Entebbe or Kampala. After a briefing, you will proceed to Kibale National Park, which is a 5-6-hour trip with a late lunch stop along the way.
Take a tea plantation tour to understand how tea is cultivated, harvested, and prepared for the cup. You will continue to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking Experience, Bigodi Swamp Walk
After an early morning breakfast at the resort, head to Kibale forest for your chimp habituation adventure, bringing snacks and drinks. You will first go to the park headquarters for a briefing before heading into the forest for the activity.
This is a 2- to 5-hour adventure, so expect to encounter chimps, monkeys, forest elephants, buffaloes, bush pigs, duikers, warthogs, reptiles, and a brilliant array of butterflies. When you discover the chimps, you will be permitted to spend an hour with them.
In the late afternoon, you’ll go for a Bigodi swamp tour, which will allow you to see a variety of birds.
Return to the lodge for supper and an overnight stay, as described previously.
Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, which is noted for its endangered mountain gorilla population. Enjoy lunch on the way. Connect with your lodge for relaxation, supper, and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience, Optional Batwa Cultural Tour
After breakfast, go to the park headquarters for a briefing on mountain gorilla trekking by a local guide. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi takes between 2 and 8 hours, depending on the movement of the gorillas. Meeting gorillas suddenly is one of life’s most intriguing events. You will be able to watch and photograph at extremely close range. You’ll see adults eating and grumbling among themselves. It is indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Following an hour with the long-awaited gorillas, your guide and rangers will return you to the starting point, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to the lodge. Depending on the time you return from the trekking activity, you may participate in an extra community tour, such as Ride 4 a Woman or Batwa. Have supper and an overnight stay as described above.
Day 5: Transfer to Entebbe

After breakfast, your safari guide shall transfer you back to Entebbe with a stopover for lunch and an optional visit at Equator monuments en-route. Check in at your hotel, relax as you wait for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Flight to Nairobi (Own Booking)
Following breakfast and check-out from the resort, you will be transferred to the airport for your journey to Nairobi, Kenya. When you arrive in Kenya, your guide will meet you at the airport and welcome you before briefing you on your safari. Following your briefing, you will travel to your hotel in Nairobi for check-in, supper, and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Drive to Lake Nakuru national park
Following breakfast at your Nairobi hotel, you will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will partake in a on route wildlife drive before checking into your lodge and eating lunch.
After lunch, you will proceed on a game drive around Lake Nakuru National Park in search of various animal species such as rhinos, buffalos, zebras, elands, lions, waterbucks, and flamingos along the lake’s beaches. Following this adventure, you will return to your lodge and prepare for supper and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Drive to Masai Mara national reserve
You will eat breakfast at your accommodation as you ready to drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. After checking in, you will enjoy lunch at your lodge in Masai Mara National Reserve, which is home to the big five (elephants, lions, rhinos, buffaloes, and leopards), as well as many other animal species.
You will also go on an evening game drive throughout Masai Mara National Reserve to explore the area and seek for animals such as lions, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, leopards, zebras, antelopes, wildebeests, and many more. Day 9: Morning and afternoon game drives
Following an early breakfast at your lodge, you will spend the day on game drives around the Masai Mara National Reserve. During your safari, you will go on morning and afternoon game drives in search of wildlife such as zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, wildebeests, giraffes, cheetahs, topi, impalas, hyenas, lions, and leopards.
After lunch, you will go on another game drive across the Masai Mara national reserve, this time to see the animals on the far plains. Your guide will take you on an evening game drive, and then you will continue to your lodge for dinner and the night as described above.
Day 10: Drive to Serengeti national park
Following breakfast, you’ll begin your drive to Serengeti National Park. You will arrive at the Isebania border in the afternoon, where our Tanzanian guide will greet you once you have cleared immigration. You’ll then head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 11: Full Day Game Drive in Serengeti
Following breakfast at the Serengeti National Park accommodation, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have lunch before descending into the crater to see incredible wildlife and take in the breathtaking environment.
You will eat breakfast before spending the day seeing the national park’s savannah plains, including morning and afternoon game drives. During your morning game drive across the Serengeti National Park’s core area, you will be looking for animal species.
You will have lunch before continuing your game drive in Serengeti National Park, where you will look for wildebeests, zebras, antelopes, gazelles, impalas, kudu, waterbucks, buffalos, hippos, elands, hyenas, and warthogs. As previously stated, you will have meals and an overnight stay.
Day 12: Drive to Ngorongoro, Crater Drive
You will encounter a variety of creatures, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and enormous African elephants, as well as predators like lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards. You will also see Lake Magadi, a big but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern portion and one of the crater’s principal characteristics. Day 13: Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, Walking Safari

After lunch, you’ll be able to participate in one of the most fantastic activities: guided walking safari. A walking safari at Lake Manyara allows you to get up close to nature and wildlife such as zebras, antelopes, and giraffes, among others. The walking safari is led by park staff who are familiar with the area.
Return to the lodge thereafter, relax as you wait for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 14: Game Drive in Tarangire national park, Transfer to Arusha
Following breakfast, you will be taken to the Tarangire National Park. The Tarangire River is one of the park’s attractions, as is the natural environment, which includes acacia woods and big baobab trees, as well as large marsh regions.
There will be a large number of elephants, zebras, buffalos, leopards, lions, cheetahs, and other animals. This national park also has around 500 bird species.
Following a leisurely picnic lunch, you will travel to Arusha, where your guide will drop you off at your hotel. You will spend the rest of the day resting at your hotel. You will eat supper and spend the night in Arusha.
