Red Rocks Rwanda is situated in the Northern Province of Rwanda in Musanze District in Nyakinama village. Red rock campsite and guesthouse is 19 miles away from Volcanoes national park. The lodge offers local tours and volunteering opportunities with other development projects in Rwanda country. Red Rock Rwanda is convenient and affordable to guests who want to track gorillas in Volcanoes national park and explore the park with its stunning views. One can be at the Red rock Rwanda lodge by road transport from Kigali city since it’s the gateway destination to different parts of Rwanda taking approximately 2-3 hours’ drive .
Red rock Rwanda offers different accommodations like cottages with private rooms (singles, doubles, twins ) and view of the park , campsites with tents available for hire especially for campers, safari tents etc, . All the cottages are situated in a cozy environment and built in Rwanda traditional architecture style with grass thatched roof. The rooms have shared bathe room with hot water, soap, beds are wrapped with mosquito nets, free water in the rooms and tents are well elevated with wooden raised plat form . The rooms have sitting areas, private wooden balconies and terraces overlooking the panoramic views over the hills and the volcanoes national park. Rooms are ranging from 30$ per person per night and above when its peak season.

Volcanoes national park is the largest and most visited national park found in the North western part of Rwanda country .The park occupies the total area of 505 square miles of rainforest and surrounded by five of volcanoes in virunga mountains namely; Karisimbi, Bisoke, Muhabura, Gahinga and Sabinyo and there are two active volcanoes that covers 25 miles apart namely; Mauna loa and Kilavea. Apart from volcanoes national park, Rwanda has different parks include; Nyungwe and Akagera national park with different attractions. Though Rwanda is a small land locked, tourism is the fast and leading activity. Rwanda contains 3 tribes include; Hutu , Tutsi and Twa all unique in their ways prompting their safari visits while in Rwanda.
