CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK

RULES AND REGULATIONS TO FOLLOW
- Avoid unnecessary noise and movements while in the presence of the chimpanzees because it will trigger them to move from one place to another which can be exhausting because it is not like gorilla trekking where you will get to find the gorillas in one place.
- You should maintain a distance away from the chimpanzees because they are highly vulnerable species that can easily contract any disease like covid-19 incase you got exposed to covid-19 on your way to the park.
- While capturing the pictures of the primates, you should switch off the flash mode because the primates are flash sensitive which can lead them to break out in outbursts, they can also attack you as a way of protecting themselves from any threats.
- You should avoid eating in the presence of the primates during chimpanzee trekking in queen Elizabeth national park because it can attract the primates to eat some of your food and because they arr vulnerable species, they can easily contract the covi-19 virus.
